there is an entire thread here on that. I personally measured almost a dozen vehicles. Many uploaded their data to the thread, including myself.

Definitely higher in the front. My 2020 F350 with the #5990 front axle is 41 3/4” front and 43 1/2” rear to the underside of the wheel opening trim. Without the trim it would be 1/4” - 1/2” higher. To me 1 1/2” to 2” of rake is perfect. I haul too much to have a leveled truck.
