I've been dealing with this problem for about 2 months now. The window rollers keep popping off the window lift channel.i thought it might be the cheap rollers I got off Ebay but ordered new ones threw midfifty and still same problem. All the window parts are new and nothing seems bent.
I just went through this (new glass) my rollers, two dished washers
then the spring flat washer then the lock clip. Spread the dished washers put into the
channel move roller as needed to go into the regulator pin and snap it in its lock clip.
something wrong with your roller picture should be two cupped or dished washers far
left on your picture I only see one ???

Now plain as day; looks like you have only one outside plastic lip, with two of those,
that is the sandwich that slides along the lift channel. Earlier rollers were steel later
ones made out of plastic they do the same thing. I too, not the first time missing parts. Maybe a regular steel washer smacked with a ball peen hammer to form a dish: nothing to loose > it has to be dished so it will slide freely on the channel. My old habit is if I need two I buy 4 LOL sam
If you have an original channel track, compare it to your new one. I'm guessing there's a difference in the "grab" area of the lip on the edge of the channel. It looks a bit small from my memory. You may need to modify the channel for a better fit to the roller.
