P20E8 Reductant Pressure Too Low Code?
Has anyone replaced their DEF Pump in a 2017 Super Duty TD yet? I got my code today (PO20E8), towing my 5ver home. (I did try to clear it twice, but it came back twice with a generic scan tool.) I noticed DEF gauge needle has not moved for the last 500 miles. I have 67k miles. I will move to replace the DEF Pump, but I have not found any write ups on a 2017 DEF pump replacement yet. I did see a few youtube videos for a 2011-2016 DEF pump replacement. Any tips or part numbers would be helpful.

Looks like my OEM part # is: HC34-5J229-AA and the replacement is HC3Z-5J229-B for about $500. It seems to be located on the bottom of the DEF tank (vice the top side on 2011-16s). Making for easier removal.
I imagine I will have to drain the DEF out and prime to the new pump. It anyone knows if you have to prime the new DEF pump and how, let me know!

Yikes! That's a lot for a simple pump. There must be a lot more to the pump than meets the eye.
Just something to think about; What if it's not the pump? I bring this up only because of the complexity of systems these days and it can sometimes be faster and cheaper to have a technician with experience with this fault to make the diagnosis. Sometimes you can come out fine by throwing parts at the problem until it goes away. Sometimes you can dig a pretty deep hole. Again, just something to think about.

Been using TSD for awhile and am very satisfied with the card. Really like being able to fuel at truck stops when pulling rv. Does MudFlap work at truck stops without going in? My recent fill changed the 5.49 price to 3.66.
