Well if I am not getting any compression either the rings are stuck or broken. I got some mystic oil and put some in each cylinder and will try it tomorrow. Maybe the oil will unstick the rings but I dought it. If not overhaul time.
Any good penetrating oil will work, spray it all over the valve stems, lifters, and as much of the guides as you can. After a soaking and letting them sit a day or so, try prying them down. Then rotate the crank a few times, see if there is any improvement. Repeat as necessary.
