no power to switches. Checked all fuses and relays. Weak power going to the auto down relay. When power window switch is pressed, the speedo will move to about 10 mph. Mind you that the trick is in the shop not moving. It goes back down when I release the switch.
Battery Junction Box; Fuse 25-30amp Fuse 22-50amp. ------- Central junction box; Fuse 4-10amp. One Touch Down Relay. ACC Delay Relay. ----- Ground 308 left rear of cab for window switches. Also Ground 206 behind center of dash for the one touch down relay. Also a lock out switch for crew cab.
Gem module also involved. Depending on miles you may want to check door to cab wiring harness for cracks/broken wiring where it bends when closing the door..
Thanks you for the detailed response. I am getting very weak power to the auto down relay. All relays and fuses check. I had just installed a new stereo unit in the truck. Maybe I hit the ground there. I have the dash out now. No power window switches are working on any door. However when I push down on the window switch, weird clicking sound coming from what sounds like the fuse box. Not a relay though.
Are the F250/350s of these years affected by the leaking windshield onto the gem module like the F150? I would check that as well as Lime1gt mentioned.
Hey guys, quick update on this. We checked all grounds connections, everything is good. Other then weak voltage. A strange occurrence we discovered. When I hold the auto lock button down on the door panel, everything works. We are starting to lean to a bad Gem module, or fuse block.
