Personally, I run 60 all the way around.
I tried 50 & even lower (with forscan) and developed a slight wobble at time when hitting bumps. 60 works perfect for me.

I run what the door sticker says to. 65 in front , 80 rear. I probably could get away with running 65 all around. That’s what my 16 called for. I was going to lower the pressure in the rear tires. But this 2020 rides better than the 16 did. So until I notice the tires wearing funny I’m going with the factory’s recommendation.

at what pressure will the TPMS warning come on? I have an F-350 and run 60F and 65R. i would like to drop to 55 in the rear if possible.
At least the folks here know their tire pressure. There are a lot of folks out there who never check. Hence the TPMS mandate....
No. You can thank FORD for the TPMS bullcrap...
"The Firestone recall in the late 1990s (which was linked to more than 100 deaths from rollovers following tire tread-separation), pushed the United States Congress to legislate the TREAD Act. The Act mandated the use of a suitable TPMS technology"
"Firestone argued that Ford's recommended 26 psi inflation pressure was too low and should have been 30 psi"
Ford wanted lower tire pressures on the Explorer to give it a better ride.
