I'm not aware of a TPMS delete option on 2017+. There may be some handheld TPMS tools that can change the threshold. I have an Autel TS601 TPMS programmer. I've been told that it can set the threshold, but I haven't tried it. A local tire shop _may_ be able to do it.
What is the issue with getting Forscan? It's free and easy to use... but if you're really not comfortable with using it, there are often guys that will help you out and do it for you. I know I've done it for quite a few buddies around here...

I disabled TPMS on my 2020 with forscan for my winter tires since they don't have sensors. For my summers, I changed to 55psi front and back. But have been running 50 psi. I have a gas for what its worth.

true . I did pick the option to delete the TPMS system back when I ordered my 2016 F350 DRW.
