Body control module (BCM) will not trigger fuel pump relay

Body control module (BCM) will not trigger fuel pump relay
Still fighting with no fuel pump on my ‘15 F250 6.3l.
With a good friend we were able to test all the fuel pump wiring circuit except for the signal coming from BCM that turns on the fuel pump relay. So fuse 68 and 66 are good even we tested the fuel pump relay is also good. We even test by jumping around the fuel pump relay and the fuel pump came in without any hesitation.
All we can figure is the body control control module is not send the signal for the fuel pump relay. Does anyone know how to test / check the body control module? Has anyone had issues with F250’s BCM failing before or is this more of a hard reset or programming kind of issues?
Any info would be helpful for narrowing this issue down so I get my truck back on the road again. Thanks Jeff
