I would prioritize 2018+, but wouldn't pass up the right deal on a 2013-2017 if i were back in the market for another f150.
Do only some of the 2017s have the second gen EcoBoost and 10 speed?

Yes, only the 3.5 Ecoboost got the dual injection and 10 speed in '17
