2021 Order Date?

"For those looking to secure their new heavy-duty pickup, the order banks for the 2021 Super Duty are scheduled to open up on August 17th. Production of the new Super Duty will then begin at the Kentucky Truck Plant on November 2nd, and at the Ohio Assembly Plant on November 9th"

Told me there is no cut off date. Said I could order a 2020 until the day I could order a 2021...
Cant say I’m surprised to get misinformation from them thou.

That might not be misinformation. Last year there were some on here that were able to order after the published deadline. I was sceptical, but they ordered and delivered. So it might depend on the dealership.

Order guides usually are released on the date the order banks open, in this case 8/17/20. The 7/10 date is the last date Donlen can take a fleet order. The retail order bank is usually open until the order bank starts for the subsequent model year. So if you are placing a retail order for a 2020, you should still be able to do so for another month or so.

I can confirm that retail orders have not closed yet. I ordered a 2020 Ford F350 on July 18, 2020, and I have conferred several times with my dealer since the order was placed. It was accepted and scheduled for delivery to the dealership around the end of September.
