Anyone have a newer Artic Fox? Probably will not happen but, I like the floor plan of the 235RLS. Theater seating in rear and stand up dinette since just 2 of us. Is the quality good? I need lots of ground clearance with a steep driveway to road entrance and it looks like it has it.
I'm assuming you're looking at the Fox Mountain. Don't own one but have always liked them. Northwood builds Nash, Artic fox truck campers and trailers, and Fox Mountain. Built in Oregon and in these parts Northwood has a great reputation for quality and ruggedness. The 235 is nice unit but we found it to be a little small. Nothwood touts its rvs as made to go offroad to dry camp. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one and the only reason we didn't was there were some small things we didn't like. And that the grande ronde models were a little too heavy.
Not an RV built in North America that there aren't complaints about ! But Northwood builds some of the finest RV's in North America. Longevity is built into the product. You won't find better ground clearance in any other product.
I would echo what BPofMD has said. There will be complaints, but the Northwood trailers are considered some of the better trailers available without going into astronomical pricing.
We have a 2013 27-5L 5th wheel and it has held up really well, we boondock about 90% the time. My only major complaint has been the front cap fading really bad and Northwood refusing to recognize the problem. They did change the front caps paint and layout sometime around 2015.
The Artic Fox 5th wheels are heavy, ours is 28 feet long and weighs in ready to camp at 11,500 with a 2200 pin weight.

I have a question. Currently own a 06 Artic Fox 31w....pulling with a 08 PSD 6.4 Crew Cab LWB with 3.73's. Just looked at newer 5th Wheel AFox....you pull that box with a F250? What do you think my max GVW weight I can pull?
