I have a 2015 f350 that has a fuel leak on the return line that goes back to the fuel tank. I’ve been trying to find what fitting it is or even just a part number for it. I’m looking for some insight as to whether it’s just a replacement fitting or I have to replace the entire line itself. I got to take pictures on exactly where my leak is coming from but I have a picture off another forum. When I get off work I will post pictures of of the fitting.
And just to be clear on this thread that I got it from it was on an injector return line issue and a person posted this picture and I used it, also there was no other answers on the thread after this picture was posted.
Really can't tell much from the picture. I would suggest you get a close look to see if it is leaking from the o ring or a cracked housing. If it is leaking from the coupling itself then the o ring may be able to get replaced without the connector. Those fuel lines are plastic formed to the plastic fittings and even if you can replace the fitting chances are the repaired line would be too short for reinstallation. You may have to replace the line but I would look closely before purchasing anything.
Hello, I found a dorman part kit that my local parts stores all had is stock that worked perfectly for me. Part# 904-497. It says undermined fit, but they fit perfectly

Haha... that's my truck I believe as I have a FS2500 bypass system in mine but not for much longer... they ripped me off $170 for two spin on filters, those effers, so bought a Dieselcraft OC25 centrifugal bypass filter that I have to start fabbing up a mount for it behind the grill.... anyways...
That pic was taken before I installed my S&S DPK with filter... I have the S&S instructions but it has been awhile so let me figure this out and will post back again.
And I believe a have a solution for you if you need that fitting... stand by.

Okay disregard I guess...
I was thinking it was the return line back to the tank...
But for future reference, check out Accurate Diesel.

Yep thats the return line fitting. When I installed the S&S kit with filter, you flip that fitting up. From my instructions:
