Sounds like a warranty issue. Take it in.

It might need to be reflashed/updated. All us with the EV Bolt have this issue and its a PITA.
On our car you push the Home and FF buttons at the same time and hold till the Bolt word pops up and it resets itself. Not a full fix but helps for the time being.
Maybe this will work for the Ford ?
