I was referring to my posting a photo that someone had posted previously. I'd not seen it and posted the same photo. I pop in and out on a small device with terrible connectivity so I may not get to see the contributions made by others.
As noted by someone previously my OBD1 connection was hiding in plain sight with the relays and didn't seem to have ever been accessed. Thank you all for the assistance, I pulled my codes and a stalling / rough idle condition I had been having was a worn throttle position sensor.
