OBD1 test plug location???

OK this one has me scratching my head can anyone find the OBD1 test plug in this photo? It's supposed to be under the hood hinge and it just is not there on my 1991 Ford F250 at least that I can see.

The remote mount ICM is most likely a factory item if the OP's truck has a 460/7.5L engine. I believe Subford has the correct EEC test port location since the truck is a 1991 model year.

He does have a 460 (7.5L) in his 1991 F250.
The remote ICM would be factory.

I went a little deeper on Google this is not my truck but this is where they live. I was confused because I kept reading they were on the fire wall there on the inner Fender and when they are not being used they are in a handy little plug holder. All of the early google images I saw had them just sort of laying on the wiring harness.
