Running lights

Recently bought 2015 Explorer (wife finally ditched the 4dr Wrangler, Thank Goodness). I was wondering if there is anyway to turn the headlights off or are they full time running lights that I can’t do anything about. Thanks for any information.

Have you tried turning the headlight switch to OFF? It might be in the Auto position.

Yeah. Regardless where I have the headlight switch, when I put the car in drive, the headlights come on.

Are they coming on with full or reduced intensity? Might have to wait until after dark to compare this lighting amount with the normally "ON" setting.
