7.3 acceleration problem

I have 2000 excursion with 7.3 engine odometer is 177,000. Each time I tried to accelerate there is delay and going uphill is a struggle, first notice this condition in 7/2017. Turbo boost gauge shows 5psi when going uphill. On 11/2017 check engine light came on errors P0678, P0676, P0674 and P0672, replaced plug control module I erased the error code never showed up again. On 1/2016 check engine light on, error code P1670, charged batteries erased error code never shows up again. . When I bought this in 2003 (used) I had no problem accelerating. I change oil and filter, and fuel/water separator every 5K.. Reolace air filter at 172928 miles. 7/24/2017, On 10/2012 mileage 155660 transmission fluid flushed and replaced fluid. by dealer. I used to have Predator setting to 60HP but removed it on 9/2010 due to incorrect Average GPM reading.
What is causing this engine to behave like this? Any suggestions? Let me know if additional info is needed.
Thanks,
James

Is that boost pressure going uphill when you are accelerating? If so that is very low.

Yesterday 7/10/2020. On a level street from a stop I accelerated in the boost pressure shows 10 psi. I will try to drive it again going uphill to recheck what is the boost pressure. Is there other ways to check the boost pump other than driving it uphill?

Thanks,
James

You will get better response and answers in the 7.3 L Diesel Forum.

Check all hoses and clamps to turbo - exhaust - intercooler.

1. How are you monitoring your boost?
2. Those numbers are very low 5-10psi.
3. You can make a boost leak tester there are some instructions floating around.

I think one of your boots popped off and you have a leak.
