I’ve had this thing back at the dealership four times and possibly a fifth coming up.
Twice for a loose drag link and crooked steering wheel when I first got it. Once for the passenger seat rattling, once for driver’s side door rattling which turned out to be a hinge issue and now I’m noticing some really odd shifting issues, especially in tow/haul mode. I’ve had a few times where from a stand still I’ll push the pedal down, the engine will spool up but the truck barely takes off and then suddenly bam I’m 4th or 5th. This just started happening. 6500k miles on it.
That's unfortunate to have that many issues. It happens but hopefully the bugs will get worked out and you can start to enjoy the truck and gain confidence.
My truck was built on a Saturday... So far so good only 3500 miles. I don't drive it much at the moment.
Picked mine up on 1 Jul. Just little stuff I'm getting in to have fixed.
1. Rear passenger door alignment - don't know how hard this is to fix
2. Leans to the left by about 1 inch - don't know if this is normal
3. Lose of power around 65mph - decent acceleration from 30mph but attribute to transmission learning. Only happened once and will test again.
4. Tailgate does not lock when truck is locked
5. Tailgate plaque has a chip and will be replaced
6. Few fit and finish around the truck which I corrected myself
Absolutely love the truck! If anyone has any insight on my list, I welcome your input.

Maybe not normal, but this is a characteristic of this generation of Superduty. There are a number of threads on the topic including one where I asked the same question. I took my F350 into the Ford dealer. They looked the truck over and said everything under the truck looked good, and couldn’t explain the lean. My box is also off-center to the cab by about 1/2” to the driver side.

Thanks. I'll have them take a look to see what they say about the lean. My box is off like a 1/4 inch but said close enough. Built on 10 Jun so it could have been those temp workers.

What did they find out about the seat? Mine rattles too.
I haven't had mine back to the dealer yet but I have a rattle/creek in the moon roof, horrible orange peel on fuel door and drivers door A-pillar, very slight outboard drivers side fender under the badge and the hood needs a slight adjustment. overall the fit and finish is way better than my 17 was upon arrival but haven't had any mechanical issues yet (knock on wood) but I only have 1,600 miles so far.
I've had some intermittent problems with the center brake light camera, which sounds like it's very common. Otherwise, mine has been perfect at 3000 miles.
