Fordpartsonline.com
Has anyone been to fordpartsonline.com recently. I have ordered stuff from there quitea few times and everytime it has been a pain in my nose. Recently i just purchased a bumper from them and THEY cancelled it for shipping reasons. I m trying to still find out whats going on with that! Also now you have to put your VIN # in so you cant buy parts you want for your truck but parts that are only you your truck. For example I tried to buy a lightning speedo a few months back and they sent me the one I already had. If things dont change Im gonna have to take my business else where cause Ive had it. JUst needed to vent guys! Has anyone else had these problems?

Often, depending on location, bumpers have to be shipped via freight. We've had to cancel bumper shipments ourselves when we found out it was going to cost $150 to send a $200 bumper. I think the VIN # thing is a good precaution, as most of our returns come from people ordering the wrong part. If you need to get around it, call them and order that way.
