Go on the website and you’ll see an option for brochures via email or US mail, I selected US mail but have not received anything yet. I’ve also yet to receive a pop up but that may be because I’m on an IPad and not a laptop. I’ll follow up if I receive anything or receive a pop up while browsing the Ford website
How does one "order" a brochure? I've been on a hunt for a PCO as well, but when I try to do the brochure method as many suggest, it only gives me the option of downloading the brochure on their website.

although it doesn't matter anymore. I tried "ordering" a brochure for 6 or 7 months, from about this time last years until 1/2020. Did it several times, completely filling in the form with my NAD info. Never heard a peep from Ford... no brochures, no emails, nothing. I bought a new truck in Feb. No PCO, unfortunately.
it was working fo me last week but no longer. Some members on the Superduty side report it’s still working for them.
Try it and report back.
Thanks and keep posting these as you find them! I'm afraid to try the link even - our build date is still several weeks out, so want to look for incentives that will apply when our truck comes in...

Current PCO is good until Sept 30. Might as well get it now, and at least have that in your back pocket. Note: you can have more than one at a time and the dealer will pick the best one.

For all you PCO experts, if you get one that expires, do you typically qualify for a new one shortly after? Or for the next model year? I'm having trouble finding the 2020 I want anywhere around here, and you can't order those any more, so I'm wondering if I'll get another PCO for the 2021 model year sometime after this one expires Sept 30th.

my current PCO that expires on 9/30 states it’s good for 2019/2020/2021 model years. Therefore you can use it to order a 2021 now if you have the dealer lock in the incentives.

Interesting. Mine for sure says 2020 model year vehicles only. Don't think any local dealers around here are locking in anything for 2021 trucks, since the order banks aren't even open yet.
