Hey guys & gals! My name is Mike and I wanted to document the build of this truck as it progresses. The truck is a 2019 F-250 Lariat Sport in Magnetic. It has the ultimate package and snow plow springs. I bought the truck new in Oct 2019.
My plan is to update this thread as I add little touches. Let me know what you like and don’t like. I feel like the feedback is what helps us all in deciding what to do with our trucks...Enjoy!

I’m still running emissions. Only had the tunes for about a month. First impression is that the truck woke up big time. I run the Sport/economy tune (135 hp/325 tq) with their TCM tune. The biggest difference I noticed was how much better the trans performs. No longer does it try to shift into 6th at 35 mph. The power throughout the rpm range is noticeably better, especially in the low end. Regens seem to be same as factory and fuel mileage is around 18.5 combined. I drive 60/40 hwy/city. I’ve seen 20+ mpg hand calculated on one 400 mile trip I did. Haven’t tried any of the other tunes yet to compare. They also provide 2 TCM files as well. One for daily driving and one they said is more sporty with 2nd gear lockup. I run the DD tune. Let me know if you have any specific questions and I’ll try my best to give you my impression.
Thanks Mike. Really helps to get a visual of a change to see how you like it. Your doing a great service providing that. I have been wanting to change my marker/blinker lamps in the mirror to a darker lens as the clear in an all black background doesn't look good. I'm not a black out guy, but think changing the chrome mirror caps to "bluejeans" might look better, but have yet to see a picture of that change anywhere, so thanks for the effort.
I hated chrome in my younger days, loved monochromatic, like chrome now, not everywhere, like the contrast.
