Thanks a bunch Jack. Looking at some of the pinpoint/diagnostic trees I think I have three threads to chase. One is my original complaint of a slow 3-5 shift. Two is low drive WOT/Stall line pressure. Three is high idle and idle drive pressure. Looking at the charts mine seems to be almost double the values.
If I look through section 14 it seems issue 1 is 211 and 228, issue 2 and 3 is section 11. Looking at the guide I may have not performed the WOT test correctly. I pretty much gunned it and it says to slowly build up to WOT. Also I will need check the stall RPM speeds.
