E4od help?
Resurrecting a 1991 E350. 7.3 idi, e4od. Carpenter made short bus. I purchased it with a bad tranny. The motor runs great and the transmission is rebuilt and works great. Had a dash mounted OD Button that was broke off when I bought it. I fished the pigtail out and put in a junkyard sourced OE button out of another e350. Test drive. OD will not cancel, no light on button either. Pigtail has 4(maybe 5, can't remember) wires. Internet search is full of dead ends. Any suggestions on how to make this rig lock out OD?

If you don't get the info you're seeking here try the transmission sub-forum as this might be an easy fix for those guys. Definitely mention you've posted this same question here so you're not re-directed back to here.
