Hi guys so I posted this in the 7.3 forum not sure if it's ok to post in the excursion forum also. So i have a 7.3 with my excursion, I recently got a 7.3 and it has an edge cts tuner on it. It was in level 2 racing mode and I decided to change it to stock mode. I followed the instructions on the screen, turn on wait turn off, turn on etc. Then when the tune was switched to stock I couldn't start. Crank but no start. I had my hands on my head for a minute and decided to unplug the tuner from the OBD and plug it back in. That did the trick and it started right up. Anyway, what could I have done wrong for this to happen and did me unplugging it and plugging it back in fix it? I read something online about waiting 45 seconds for the theft light to go away.

I had the same problem with mine a couple of times. I think I did something similar to waiting for 45 seconds but it was more like15 minutes for me. I did do the key in engine on cycling trick one time and it worked. In the end I got rid of it, I did not like the tunes and too much of a pain to swap it back to stock and run it.
