Just rebuilt injectors, internal kit, and external kit, shim kit, and new OEM glowplugs, new cps, oil is good, IPC and IPR seem good. fire it up, runs good for about a minute, then won't let you rev it, will idle and then dies like you turned the key off, fire it up again, will idle and then dies, fire it up again and idle time gets shorter and shorter till it won't run, cycle the key and it will run again, won't let you rev it, but will idle, then die, and idle time gets shorter and shorter till it won't fire at all. Let it sit 5 mins and fire it up again and will run good and will let you rev it, then will die and the process starts again. I'm honestly lost at what to do, any help is appreciated!
I am fairly confident in my ability to fix things, but injectors are not something I would try to rebuild. I believe you need a flow bench to get things dialed in properly when rebuilding injectors. If your truck was running properly before your DIY rebuild on the injectors, it kind of points to the injectors for not running now. I'm not trying to be an A$$ about things, but it is what it is.
To Tom’s point, I don’t think I have ever seen him be a ***** and his advice is usually spot on.
What made you you decide to rebuild the injectors. Did it have any previous problems?
where did you get the rebuild kit?
Have you checked HPOP reservoir level? Do you have a way to monitor the truck? I.E Forscan or something similar.
When it is idling, how does it sound? It pretty smooth or is it choppy?
I had to rebuild the injectors because they are the stock ones and the truck ran like garbage, rough idle, hard start, and stuttered and 1800 rpm,
By rebuild all I did is the O-rings, check *****, and external O-rings. No plungers, or springs or any of that stuff.
Hpop was right full (I didn't add any) truck is a early 95 so can't hook my scanner to it, when it idles it is really smooth and it almost seems like it is running out of fuel, just got back from the Ford dealership and they said that it shouldn't be anything I did, and that the fuel pump may be sticking?

Not taking you as being a dick lol
Truck didn't run very good before the Injector rebuilds had a bad stutter and leaky O-rings, and I didn't use new plungers or anything like that just the three internal O-rings, and the 2 check *****, the new BDW O-rings, and a shim kit+ new OEM glowplugs, truck starts like a hot damn, but seems like it is running out of fuel? I don't know.
Ok guys so I ended up replacing my IPC because it was bad, and it didn't fix it, I checked all my wires and everything ohm tested good, and I still had no tach, so I said hell with it, there's a guy parting one out by me, I'll just buy a PCM, got home with the new PCM, threw her in, turned the key and she fired right up, and I now had a tach, and the truck runs amazing now, so it ended up being the PCM was bad this entire time, and I did notice before that the WTSL was very quick to go off, but everything is back together and she runs mint, thank you for all the help and suggestions.
