You can search on Ford.com but it looks like you can only go up to 100 miles from a given zip code. There is one F-350 Lariat Tremor diesel within 100 miles of me.

Easier no, the Ford inventory search is kinda limited but you can search out to 500mi. by changing the 100 to 500 in web page bar. Cargurus and Autotrader can be useful too.

A nearby dealer shows that they have 2 Tremors, both F250 Diesel XLT.

You can also change zip codes to one that is 500 miles away.

Nice hack! There are 5 Lariat Tremor diesels within 500 miles of me. 4 are F350's.

I found mine by going to Fords site and doing a inventory search. You can select the trim and engine and other things.

I don’t think so. When I picked up my truck in March the lot was overflowing with vehicles. I’m pretty sure it was done so the lot didn’t look like they were going out of business. Today I noticed a new large sign that they would buy used vehicles. If your low on new inventory and not getting many trade ins I suppose you start looking for used vehicles to resell.

That link doesn't work for me -- it eventually resolves to the ford.com homepage. Has it been changed or updated? Or do you need to be logged in or something?
