sirius antenna

sirius antenna
looking to find where to hook up a sirius antenna. there was a post for a f-350 that showed a yellow connection under the dash where the clutch should be but the antenna in my truck does not fit in it. i took the dash apart but did not see anywhere the round sirius antenna would attach to. it has built in sirius, not add on. it's a 2014 f-350.

Have you pulled the radio and checked on the back of it?

yes, pulled the radio and the only wires are the big group and an additional wire for the usb for the dash.

The Sirius radio antenna connection on these trucks looks like a standard automotive electrical connector, not the round coaxle type present on the portable type radios. I installed an after market radio in my 2015 Superduty and it required an adapter to go from the truck plug to the Sirius module.

the other post show this connection on another truck. i have this connection but the round end doesnt fit on this one as it did on the post picture.

found out that the antenna i was trying to hook to the connection under the dash was the wrong antenna. it was one that hooks to a tuner in a 2010 that i got rid of for a 2014. i ordered a new antenna which will hook up to the connection under the dash. waiting for it to come in. thanks
