Scanner for all codes
I bought a Bluedriver OBD2 scanner thinking it would work for my '99 7.3. Well it didn't. I heard of a few apps (Torque being the main one) that can be used to scan the truck. However, I also saw that they did not work for ABS lights. What is a good scanner either, on Android or computer, that is relatively cheap but still scans all the codes? Could I download another app and still use my Bluedriver and get all codes?

I had not heard a limitation on codes for Torque Pro. I've been using Forscan Lite on my S7 phone, and it pulls all the codes, including ABS related. I'd start with that one. See OBDII link in my signature.

Most of the cheaper bluetooth modules use a cloned chip, these will not read our trucks, or if they do, will have limited functionality. I've been using the OBD2MX for a few years with no problems, on both Torque pro & Forscan, both the Android & Windows version.
