Bad air
Early 99 f350 sd 7.3 air conditioning works great then all of a sudden it quits blowing cold air, shut the air off let 10 minutes go by turn back on worked great untill it happens again. Will always come on and work after 10 minutes of rest. The higher the outside temp the quicker and more often it shuts off any ideas been doing for 3 years now

Use a proper manifold gauge set and read the high and low side pressures. Often your issue is due to low refrigerant, as it is normal (even with a sealed system) to have a very small percentage naturally leak out every year.
Keep in mind that if you buy one of those do-it-yourself cans with the crap plastic gauge on top, over filling the AC system can cause a more expensive repair and actually make the AC air warmer.

Leave the charge alone, there is no indication that there is anything wrong with it.
