Congrats on the house sale Jay! Good luck with the cat. I would suggest a large gopher trap but being a cat owner you probably don't like that idea.

Jay, get on of those automatic water sprinklers. They spray on movement to get rid of birds and such. That'll move a cat along.

Yeah we could use some more but I am good for now. The road getting to my place is a mess right now. Almost need 4wd to get down it. Be nice to let that dry up a little bit.
