There’s a few of my neighbours that wear masks outside while doing yard work. They are doing the yard work by themselves with nobody around. I don’t think they get the point of a mask. People are stupid sometimes. Wearing masks is not fun. Oh crap, at all of our restaurants, the staff have to wear masks so we do have a mask rule in effect but it doesn’t apply to the general public.

Being that I'm in CA, I'm sure you know the answer. It started months ago in certain stores, before any official mask orders. I have a buddy that got pissed the first time he was rushed by a store manager, telling him he couldn't shop there without a mask. It eventually was implemented on a county by county basis, with wording added to the stay at home order from the county health official. Now, our douche bag Governor(Pelosi's nephew) has made it State wide. On top of that you get the mask shamers, always complaining on social media about people not wearing them, and thinking anyone who steps foot outside their house without one is going to kill 1000's.
