I have been reading on here since I got my truck. 2020 f250 w/ 7.3. Original plan was to wait and go with carli’s kit. But from what I am reading I am going to have to do something to the rear to keep the truck leveled out while towing. I would prefer not to do that.
have been looking at going with 1.5” kit. The truck does not have a lot of rake. My questions are if I go with that do I need to do a track bar, castor bushings, and end links?
also any experience with the puck type leveling kit I would like to hear your thoughts
thanks in advanced
I went with Rough Country under-spring 1.5" puck, Carli 1 degree castor shims, a Readylift adjustable track bar, and Fox 2.0 shocks. I wanted the truck to drive as close to stock as possible so I did the shims and the track bar. Definately not needed though.
What size tires did you go with? How is the ride compared to stock?
i like the way your truck sets. Looks great!
Thank you sir. 37's. It rides like stock. Maybe a little better due to more sidewall than with the stock tires. The 37's are hard on brakes though. I'm at 49,xxx and am going to be needing to replace pads soon -- I'm not complaining, 50K is a lot of miles on brakes but I've heard of guys making a lot longer.
I don’t think I could fit 37s with 1.5 on a 2020. I was just looking at 295’s
My 2020 is about 2" lower than my 2017 sat. I've always had luck running 1" front spacers with everything else factory. I like Daystar : https://www.daystarweb.com/product/1...f350-2005-2018
Do you plan to run your stock wheels with the 295's?

I could be WAY wrong, but I think the 20's have shorter springs but the same mount of bumpstop as previous years. Meaning the tire will stop, with regards to up travel, in the same spot on a '20 as it does on the '17-'19's. I didn't add any bumpstop to mine but did have to cut quite a bit of plastic and metal at the back/bottom of the wheel well opening as I had a lot of rubbing with the wheels turned and any articulation. My wheels have 0" offset. With a factory rim, it wouldn't rub there.... just on the radius arm and sway bar.
I'm curious to see what my truck is going to look like as far as rake etc. It's a 2020, 7.3 , crew, long bed, and I ordered the snow plow/camper package. Might be near level?
These two are 2020's with the snow plow/camper package. I would be pretty happy if mine looked like that.
I agree with you. I am also thinking of leaving it alone and just putting the 295s on it. Going to measure the corners tomorrow and see. I just don’t want to put a spacer in it and have issues. But I also know that’s a chance you take.

I have the Snow Plow package on my truck '19 F250. I measured from the ground to the top of the wheel arch 44" in the rear and 42" in the front. I am planning to install a 1" spacer below the spring for a little bit of level look. When I tow my trailer, it will still be levelish. So I should be good without the other components of a normal kit? I am also going with 295s on stock wheels.

Looks great, how much did you need to trim? Have pics?
Ah ok, a new fender liner would put it back to stock.
Did you have to beat any metal in?
In the past I have just used a heat gun and massaged plastic in. I am going to be running a similar combo, same wheels and 1.5 inch coils. Trying to decide on tires.
