My 2020 is about 2" lower than my 2017 sat. I've always had luck running 1" front spacers with everything else factory. I like Daystar : https://www.daystarweb.com/product/1...f350-2005-2018
Do you plan to run your stock wheels with the 295's?
Here let me contribute. This is my 2019 on heavy service front springs. 1/2” over stock. 295/65/20s.
This is what your front end will sit like with a 1 inch lift. Although you can run stock shocks and Steering stabilizer I would upgrade while in there. You shouldn’t need anything else. If you dont tow heavy just put 1 inch taller rear blocks in.
Ah ok, a new fender liner would put it back to stock.
Did you have to beat any metal in?
In the past I have just used a heat gun and massaged plastic in. I am going to be running a similar combo, same wheels and 1.5 inch coils. Trying to decide on tires.
Sorry for the highjack.
I had to cut quite a bit of the aluminum fender. If you pull the black trim piece off of yours, you'll see how much. This will give you an idea though:
That looks like a lot of cutting out of there. More than I would be comfortable with. Plus not sure towing with 37”s. If I had a diesel I would not worry
Can you cut the wheel there to show the clearance. I was thinking of going to 325/60s but might as well jump to 37s. I would have the same combo including wheels.
I dont mind the cut I can just replace that plastic piece and fenderliner and cover it up if I want to go stock later.

yes please!!! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts
will do. Ready lift told me I didn’t need an adjustable track bar bracket or anything else. Just the spacers....kit was priced low , so I was kind of skeptical about it, if Carli suspension sold a 1.5” kit id of bought that instead. From what I hear and read, ready lift is not a bad brand. Hopefully levels truck out well and doesn’t cause any problems.

You could replace the fender liner and the black trim, but part of the fender that I cut out had a fastener location in it so I'm not sure how well it would all stay in place. Honestly, the pics make it look huge, but standing next to the truck, and heck I'd even say with the wheel/tire out off, you're gonna be the only one that ever knows it was cut. I did paint the exposed fender metal black just so you wouldn't see it since the black trim piece was cut back too.

From the picture it looks like cutting away the plastic molding creates an area where debris kicked up from the tire would be trapped. I think there is a Youtube video by CJS that shows a better way to trim this area and provide clearance
Yes it does but so does a lot of other places under the fender -- there is a piece of foam (from the factory) a couple of inches back in there that keeps it from going too far. I went and just watched the CJC video -- that's pretty much exactly what I did to mine.
Running 37's is a commitment. They're heavy, hard on parts, expensive, require work to get to fit, make for much worse fuel mileage, spare won't fit, etc, etc. I weighed the pro's/con's and decided, for me, it was worth it. It's not my first rodeo on running big tires though -- I managed to get 38'sx14.5's to fit on a JK with only a 3" lift and a 1" body lift and still maintain complete stuff/flex. So, cutting on a fender wasn't new to me.

Here is my 2020 7.3 Platinum with a 1.5” level kit from ready lift. Only level kit and alignment was done, no track bar or anything else was needed. Can’t tell a difference in ride quality from stock. Tires are 35x12.5 ridge grapplers and wheels are oem ford wheels that usually come on the lariat sport.
