bucking under load

i have a 94 f150 with a 4.9 inline 6. i was having many issues with it so i bought a used motor out of a 96 and completely rebuilt it before installing it, however the motor seems to run great when the truck is in neutral i can rev it up and no issues what so ever buy when i put it in first gear and let the clutch out it seems to want to buck as if i was new to driving a manual and didnt know how to take off but it does this after its warmed up when its cold no problem at all. when i installed the new motor i went ahead and installed a new clutch kit with a resurfaced fly wheel. once i get going it has no problem but from a stop or very low speeds it wants to buck as if you didnt know how to drive a stick shift but i have always had a stick shift so i know thats not the issue. im just hoping someone can give me an idea or 2 i have checked the fuel pressure and theres no issue there timing is no issue and fuel pump is no issue. i just can seem to figure out what could be wrong and i like i said it has a fully rebuilt motor. any help would be appreciated thankyou in advance.

Did you install new motor mounts?
What shape is the transmission mount in?
Maybe you hurt it when the motor was pulled and trany hanging from the mount?
Didn't get any grease or oil on the clutch disc, flywheel or pressure plate did you?

i haven checked the tranny mount but definitely will. i know for a fact i didnt get any oil or grease on the clutch, pressure plate or flywheel but i did install new motor mounts. would the transmission mount allow for the clutch to pull away only when its warmed up? thats the weird thing about it is when its cold no problem what so ever but when warmed up it acts like i dont know how to drive a manual.

The trany mount should not be a lot of money so I would od it for well being.
Did you replace the pilot bushing and if you did did you use a bushing or bearing?
Did the input shaft to the transmission have any grooves where the disc moves and did you try the disc on the shaft to make sure it moved good?

Did the trany fit up to the block when putting the 2 together or you used bolts to pull it up just a little more?
I had one that did not and think something is binding and not letting the clutch disengauge so it grinds when putting it into gear because the input shaft is still spinning.
Thing is this this transmission (T5 that I rebuilt) did not come in the car its in so I had to use different parts to make this happen and think 1 part was not happy playing this game.
I think the pilot bushing is to tight on the input shaft, I tried it before installing in the crank and it fit.

As a last thing pull codes to see if it is related to the motor or FI.
Just things off the top of my head for now.

So i installed a pilot bearing and the input shaft looked to be in great shape, however i just drove it to walmart and back home which is about a total of 4 miles and when i pulled in my driveway i smelled fresh gas and looked under the truck to find that it was leaking gas and this has not been an issue before what so ever. could that have something to do with the bucking? when i put the new motor in i checked the fuel pressure and there was no problem it sat around 50psi. But the bucking started the day after i put the motor in so is it possibe a line has come loose? its dripping off of the fuel tank and the frame near the tank but its not coming from above the tank, the top of the tank was completely dry so that should rule out the possibility of it coming from the fuel pump right? i just cant help but think that they have something to do with each other.

Well what ever the leak is from it has to be fixed because leaking gas is not cool.
Once fixed you should be able to test drive to see if the bucking has also been fixed.
