Actually I plan on putting a cat on it. I really like to keep my truck as stock as possible and for everything to work. Just **** about it.

Not sure how different the 460 is, but with the 5.0/5.8L you can use the Ford Racing eliminator bracket and this pulley.

I just realized my mistake sandymane. You are correct. My air pump is NOT on the idler pulley belt. It is air pump/alternator/crankshaft, I believe. Right now front of motor is off for a refresh.
So back to square one. Either finding a bypass pulley. Or correct belt size.
