I have been through about a thousand threads and can't figure out how to get the PIDS loaded to my phone. The phone I was using for years crashed so now I need to set up on a different phone. I found the PIDS on dropbox but I can't get it to download and show up in TP. Any help, maybe step by step, would be appreciated. Thanks.
Thanks. I got it downloaded and all working other than the trans temp.I had to just make my own pid and put in the info manually. Got it all going again.
An alternate suggestion here, but i've found the Forscan Lite app to perform better overall than Torque Pro. All PIDS come preloaded on the app, DTC scanning is more inclusive, its just all around an app designed specifically for Ford vehicles, and I've switched to it as my main driver.
The only thing torque has over Forscan Lite in my opinion is more customizable dashboards for different styles of layouts.
Either way, I'd say give forscan lite a try. Theres a free and paid version, and the paid version costs about the same as Torque Pro does.
What cusrome PID did you use. I cant get any to read right.
