It started life as a 1931 model A woody wagon, with a little bit of a couple other vehicles mixed in. 1937 Ford truck rear end, secondary transmission from a pre war chevy truck (sorry purists ) and rear wheels/tires from a wrecked tractor
Dont kick me out for fibbing about the realness of this build lol
In all seriousness, this was a very fun build, and did in fact start with a Model A woody kit, with the aforementioned parts from my parts box. I tried out several weathering techniques I read about, and some i made up all on my own. I didnt think I would be a fake patina kinda guy, but starting with plastic, it makes more sense than good metal
Thanks guys, I'm no perfectionist, but this one turned out quite good. But making something beat up is way easier than a showroom floor build. I sense a lot of beaters in my future lol
