Nice job and thanks for documenting and sharing! I prefer the current additional cup holders and storage. If one wanted the shifting flexibility, it seems to me the Raptor paddle shift steering wheel conversion would be easier, cheaper and more operator friendly.

I have the Raptor paddles. For me, my column shifter is stiff, for lack of a better description. Too many times I have wanted to go from 1st to reverse, and have stopped short in neutral, or have gone to park while still barely rolling. The console shifters in my parents Edge and Freestyle are worlds better...

Here is a video I put together showing some of the process to install an F150 floor shifter in a 2020 F250 Tremor. This will apply to other years with minor adjustments. I know some of the first questions will be why, and the simplest answer is because I wanted to. But when my wife asks it is because I greatly prefer the floor shifter playing in the dunes. Plus, I wanted to. This will also be helpful if you are needing to remove parts of the console for any reason, or if you were curious what is inside.

I sold the entire old console right after I finished this project, so no parts left over.

Great video , I just ordered the kit from Platinum to do this in the new King Ranch I ordered.
Why this isn't a factory thing I have no idea, you have 10 gears and to manually shift them you have to reach up like an old 3 on the tree. stupid. maybe nobody at Ford ever tows a trailer but they need 4 lattes at a time.

I bought the wiring harness from BGG, purchased the shifter, the cable, and put it all together. Wasn't too bad...just time consuming
