F250 Floor Console Shifter Conversion
Here is a video I put together showing some of the process to install an F150 floor shifter in a 2020 F250 Tremor. This will apply to other years with minor adjustments. I know some of the first questions will be why, and the simplest answer is because I wanted to. But when my wife asks it is because I greatly prefer the floor shifter playing in the dunes. Plus, I wanted to. This will also be helpful if you are needing to remove parts of the console for any reason, or if you were curious what is inside.

Awesome video. Thanks for posting! For the rest of us who want this, there is a company that sells these as complete plug and play kits. I was considering it until I heard the price... $1275 shipped... https://platinumperformance.io

Very nice job.
I got a 2005 F-150 new that had the console shifter. I thought it was very cool and I really liked it when I drove it. Now that I have my column shift on my F-350, I am so happy to have my console space back. I use the space where my shifter would be all the time. You couldn't give me a console shifter at this point. I'd recommend people at least sit in a newer F-150 to feel the difference with a console shifter.

I've been waiting for this ever since I did my console swap. BoostedGreyGoose was supposed to be working on a harness and instructions. There is a company in Louisiana that used to sell a kit for around $500.
I ain't rich enough to just start throwing parts at it, so I'm playing the waiting game It's also my daily driver...so I can't have it down more than a day.
