Gauge Cluster Circuit Board Source

Anyone know where I can obtain a circuit board for my instrument cluster? It is printed on plastic film and is (I suppose) glued to the back of the cluster box.

TIA

Lmc sells them for like $50+ shipping. A trip to the junkyard would be much cheaper. Or try Facebook marketplace.

Can you show me an LMC link, KSBauer? I too am looking for a gauge cluster circuit board and am not seeing any options on LMC's site other than an after market cluster set. I want to keep a stock look; would really only like to upgrade to gauge with tachometer.

Get a factory cluster with a tachometer. Plug it in.

One of the first things I did to my truck was swap the cluster for one with a tach. I got it from a junkyard - $20.

Try broncograveyard.com. I think he sells replacement circuit boards for the instrument cluster.

I assume the OP (rabbit hutch) has it sorted out by now. That post was from May 2020.

Thanks for the tip. They had some great stuff and some circuit boards, but nothing for my year.

I did find this circuit board on ebay, but if installing a cluster w/tach is a simple plug and play procedure I may go that route.

Is that pretty much the case with a tach swap; just have to plug into the standard wiring harness for it to work?

I believe you need to swap out the PSOM(?) from your cluster into the “new” one so the odometer is correct. I could be wrong what part needs to moved to keep the mileage correct.

You are correct. Swap the original PSOM onto the new/used cluster assembly. Easy button.
