330 Torque Specs
1964 F600 FT 330 MD
Exhaust manifold leak forced me to remove a head from my truck to fix. Ready to put her back together and need some torque specs for head, rocker tubes, intake and exhaust manifolds. Best I've found so far
Heads 70, 80, 90
Intake 30-35
Rocker tubes?
Exhaust?
If you've got a manual I'd love to know what it says.

All I have is a 1966 manual, may or may not be applicable:
Head bolts 70, then 80, then 80-90, start at center top, then center bottom, then circle around CW pattern
Intake 32-35 start left center, then right center, right front, left rear, right rear, left front, left almost rear, right almost front, left almost front, right almost rear, then adult beverage
Exhaust 18-24, torque center to ends
Rocker shaft supports 40-45 (engine at compression stroke TDC #1, then 45 degrees past TDC): starting at 4 or 5, finger tight then each bolt two turns at a time end to end until final torque end to end sequence(allows lifters time to leak down)
note: notch on end of shaft is downward and to front on right bank, rear on left bank (oil holes on bottom)

It's quicker and easier to pull the engine to do the exhaust, not to mention cheaper after you count head gaskets and valve cover gaskets.
The engine was out of my old '70 F600 before I could have gotten the intake off.
Lots of studs broke off when removing the exhaust with the engine out. Just drilled through several and used nuts on the back side.
