74 302 head installation.

Inside the box was a sealed bag with piece of paper with a DANA logo and part # on it and torque instructions - 3 steps up to 72 ft/lb. Both boxes I bought were the same. It looks like Dana owned Clevite.

While I'm not an expert on the 74 blocks, I know for certain that the lower head bolts on my 95 go into the water jacket

I use pipe thread sealer on the lower bolts on a Ford Small Block. They usually penetrate the water jacket. And those bolts don’t look right.
