Jim,
We are lucky we live in such a huge country. There is so much diversity. My last job before retirement was traveling all of USA and Mexico working as a machinist at power plants of all types. The inside of a hotel room in Laguna Verde, Mexico is not much different from one in Beulah, ND or Victorville, CA, but the people and customs of the local communities are amazing. I am hoping to drag my (grand) kids all over country so they can really get their eyes opened. That job was the best experience of my life.
I wish everyone had the opportunity to travel the land and experience our amazing land and its people.

Yeh, Bill T, I think I earned my retirement but no more so than you or millions of folks who worked their entire lives. I hope we all get the opportunity ....
