From what Ive seen C&C F350 drw 4x4 use 1480's. We had an 2003 f350 4x4 reg cab 9' flatbed zf truck that had no cv rear and single piece driveshaft 1480 joints in it.
The f350 drw pickups ive seen used 1410. Im not sure if any have the 1350 cv's. Probably depends if 4x4, what wheelbase and if auto or ZF
I have a cab and chassis 350 DRW and it uses the 1410 sized joints on the rear driveshaft. I'd imagine the dually pickup is probably the same but pulling one off and taking it with you to the parts store is the best idea. They made several different driveline configs on these trucks based on wheelbase, drive type, transmission, etc.
@mikemerc2 , just to solidify your thoughts on measuring before purchasing, I have included a link below that somewhat explains my journey to replacing my U-joints. I have a thin tape measure, maybe 3/8" wide on the tape and that worked well in order to get the end cap diameter and the total diameter from end to end. I was able to stick the tape measure between the yoke and the U-joints, so you may not have to remove anything at all. You could use a popsicle stick or a wooden skewer or something similar and mark the distances for each measurement and then use a tape measure on the stick where the marks are.
No removal of parts should be required as there is a noticeable difference in the two measurements between the range of U-joints.
My truck required 1x 1410 and 2x 1350 to refresh the rear drive shaft.
