7.3 IDI alternator
Okay, so I’ve posted a few times on here and gotten a lot of great help, well, the alternator that came in my truck was bad. I ordered one from obb starters and alternators, one I’ve seen recommended in several YouTube videos and on some forums. But, mine came with the wrong pulley, and the wrong connections for my truck, are there any adapters so I don’t have to deal with cutting and splicing wires? Or do I just need to get an OEM replacement?

Okay well you need the 3g pigtail, new 4ga charge cable and a 150amp mega fuse or circuit breaker. The pulley swaps right over and split lock washer makes a good spacer and a little grinding on the front bearing ribs.
