03 Excursion 6.0 dies after a in idle for a while

Hello guys I'm new to owning a Ford. So have had my 03 Ford Excursion 6.0 for about 3 months now and i just ran into an issue with my vehicle dying after i had idled for about 10 minutes. Before it died, all the electronics turned off(gauges, Radio, Lights). After it has died, i tried to start it back up but all the lights in the dash would just flash and the truck would not crank. We were able to start it up with a jump but it would die shortly after if i was not driving. I have also managed to keep it on while gassing the truck when the electronics turn off and have managed to keep it on that way until the gauges turned back on. Thanks, any help is very appreciated.

Disconnect the batteries
Charge them up individually
Take them somewhere and have each one load tested
Replace bad batteries as needed
Then have the alternator tested

Can you get a reading of the voltage before cranking, during and at idle? Are you seeing it go down when idling for a bit? If you're using a scan gauge like Torque Pro or Forscan (if not, look into downloading them for your phone/laptop. You will use this all the time) you should be putting out approx 13.3v driving around. Luckily the alternator is one of the easiest parts to take off/replace on these 6.0 engines...which I have a feeling you will be doing.
