Hi guys ive a problem with my f150 throwing a code 16 theft light. not sure what is going on ive replaced the transceiver and the Pcm thinking they were the problem. Running out of ideas any help would be nice!
You need to read the real code to see what is wrong. Google forscan and get an ELM327 OBD2 adapter to read the ford specific codes.
Did you sync the new PCM to the rest of the modules? From the sounds of it you did not, because you would need a tool capable of doing so in which case you would be able to read your codes and know what is really wrong.
Get forscan and an elm327 or take it to the dealer - spend tens of dollars or hundreds of dollars. The forscan website has everything else you need to know. You can also search this site for more info.

Yes I did program the pcm I had locksmith program it
Well, if he'd successfully programmed it, you wouldn't have a "No start" or a lamp flash code.
LFC 16 means that, for whatever reason, PATS prove-out failed.
Put the hybrid cluster into dealer test mode and pull its DTCs. It provides more details than the simple LFC without an upfront expense of a capable adapter or scan tool.
Code 16 Transceiver signal not received by the PCM. The light flash code.
You waisted money and time because the code was not understood.
If the PCM does not get the coded result, a BIT in the ID word is not set and inhibits fuel.
The Dash Hec code will indicate the same thing as will the B code if read with a capable Scanner.
Good luck.
