Just bought a 2020 ford superduty stx with the 6.2L gasser. Looking to upgrade my halogen headlights for LEDs. Does anyone know if the the morimoto led headlights work for the 2020s? As far as plug and play?
You mean spend a LOT more for OEM. By the time you purchase required ballasts and custom harness you're looking at double the cost.
So far I'm very happy with my Morimoto headlights. And with a 5 year warranty I'm good to go.
Lol...... I would agree, they are pricey hence the reason I said to save up.
I hope your Morimoto’s last for five years and if you ever have a problem within that time frame, hopefully the vendor you purchased them from will be of help.

If you do the OEM upgrade, unless the dealer does all the work, then I don't believe you will get any warranty...
True, one would not have a warranty because “NO” Ford dealer would install the OEM LED headlights on a vehicle that didn’t come from the factory with them.
However, I’m sure the OEM LED headlights are built better and more than likely, they’ll outlast any aftermarket headlight assembly especially after five years.

C'mon GABAR you're killing me!!! lol
Can't I just enjoy my new lights without you giving me the maloiks.
I definitely advocate for OEM, ive had alot of aftermarket headlights and they all come from the same factory, and 90% of the time you're ending up with issues. From previous experiences, its usually issues with beam adjustability and lights going out/condensating.
