I definitely advocate for OEM, ive had alot of aftermarket headlights and they all come from the same factory, and 90% of the time you're ending up with issues. From previous experiences, its usually issues with beam adjustability and lights going out/condensating.
I installed beamtechs and had moisture/fog in the housings all last summer until I put the halogen bulbs back in before winter. Plus the blueish 6500k color wasn't the look I wanted.
No moisture or fog yet. Love the white light instead of looking like a teenager with blue lights.
So you've had "alot of aftermarket headlights" meaning what? Bulbs, headlight assemblies or something else?
Install some Alla LED bulbs and your good to go. In the mean time, I agree ... Save up for the OEM.
Add some Raptor lights as well.
blah god I hate when people stick bulbs in housings not designed for them !! does it fit ? sure. is it right? no. nothing is more annoying than the blinding light output from this setup. just my opinion flame away
I got one of the first Morimoto LEDs for the F-250 in the country. They have been on my 250 for over a year now and no problems. I am quite happy with them.
I wonder why they’re changing it or going to a new design.
As @ForCal said, the body lines are different. I can't speak to any other other info yet. But let's just say there will be more than just body fitment changes.

So for someone with a 19 that was close to buying them, should a guy wait to see if they revise the 17-19 lights?
