Need Quick Advice
Hey guys,
I have the option of buying a full float dana 60 here in Germany. The thing came out of a 66 chevy C10. Would that fit my 1981 F250? or do I have to reweld the spring perches ect? May sound stupid, but I cannot find much information and I am in a time crunch. Thanks in advance!

Looking here 1965 C-10 rearend width backing plate ==> backing plate - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network the old chevy rearends maybe too narrow. They have in that link they are 62 inches wheel mounting surface to WMS. The later chevy rearends are wider, I bet the Ford rearends are also.
